EULA - End User License Agreement

License:

The license agreement on the right of MDK usage and distribution.

Please, carefully read this document before using the product. If you disagree with anything from written below, you mustn't use this program and have to uninstall it immediately.
Accepting License agreement during the installation and pressing button “Next” means unconditional acceptance of terms of this User agreement.

FOR ALL TYPES OF LICENSE:

This program is protected by the copyright laws and international copyright treaties. All copyrights on the program MDK belong exclusively to the MDK developer, hereinafter referred as rightholder.
Right of ownership of all copies of the very software is an exclusive right of MDK developer (rightholder).
MDK rightholder claims that all versions of the program may be used for an unlimited time.
Commercial distribution of the program is prohibited.
You have right to test the program for an unlimited period. You have right to receive a piece of advice concerning the usage of the program and make suggestions about its further development.
You are NOT allowed to modify the program in any possible way. Under the modification we mean changing the content of the very archive without a written permission of the rightholder.
The program and all the accompanying documentation are available on a condition "as is", without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
The program may contain some bugs. The rightholder is not responsible for probable program errors.
The rightholder doesn't warrant that all the functions contained in the program will coincide with the cited in the program description, or that the operations of the program won't be interrupted due to an error.
The rightholder deliberately renounces all the written statements and alleged by default warranty, including the restrictions on the application of the guarantee obligations after a certain period and the validity of a product to sale.
Under no circumstances the rightholder is not responsible for any harm, physical or commercial, done by the program, including the lost profit, loss of data, damage to the user's reputation or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the usage or inability to use the program. Also claims on any other property requirements of the user of the program aren't accepted.
The program may be included to paid collections of the programs and placed on the web sites excluding the site of the rightholder just after the permission of the developer. In case of program distribution the contact information of the rightholder must be specified, the name of the company, contacts, web site.
You are NOT allowed to rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile and make an engineer analysis of the program. Any authorized usage of the program results in immediate and automatic termination of the license; otherwise it may lead to prosecution.

LICENSE TO THE UNREGISTERED VERSION OF THE PROGRAM:

The user may indefinitely use the unregistered version of the program. The license is quite sufficient for:
- inexperienced user, for whom 1 book with 3 accounts with 4 entries in each is enough.
The unregistered version of the program is fully functional, has no restrictions on the access to all the important functions, the number of launches, time of usage, doesn't have a trial period, but have RESTRICTIONS.
Restrictions of the unregistered version:
The amount of user accounts may not exceed 1;
The amount of accounts may not exceed 3;
The amount of entries in one account may not exceed 4.
If you need more power and convenience of this software, you can register this full version and get the license key, to use all possibilities of the program.

LICENSE TO THE REGISTERED VERSION OF THE PROGRAM:

Provides more possibilities and more convenient usage of the program:
Unlimited amount of user accounts;
Unlimited amount of accounts in user account;
Unlimited amount of entries in one account.
You can register the license and get the registration key just with the help of the developer and authorized persons of the organization. Details about the registration can be found on the web site of the developer.

TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS OF THE REGISTERED VERSION OF THE PROGRAM:

The registration keys may not be given by you to the third party persons or organizations.
In case of the PC crashes, or the failure of its certain parts the key may be lost.
You can get a new key by contacting the author, providing your registration information and your secret key.
The new key may not be issued more often than once per month or may not be issued at all in the case of the release of a new major version of the program. The key remains in effect for all minor versions, releases and assemblies.

ORDER OF TRANSFER AND COST OF THE RIGHTS OF THE USAGE OF THE REGISTERED VERSION

To register the license in accordance with this license agreement the user must pay a fixed fee, the amount of which is determined by the developer or its authorized persons and to provide the registrations information: name, company name (for organizations), email (which the registration key will be sent on). In a period of 10 calendar days from the day of receiving the money by the developer (directly or through authorized third parties) the nonexclusive right to use the registered version of MDK will be given to the user. The right is transferred by sending the user an email with the necessary user key and secret code (for account recovery).
This license agreement was compiled in accordance with the national legislation and copyright laws. The very agreement is based on the newest versions of these laws; hence all other agreements and arrangements previously used in relation to this product are overridden.
All the disputes are resolved by mutual agreement of the parties and if the compromise wasn't riched than in courts of general jurisdiction.
